He is a registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) and a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Association of Facility Management Practitioners of Nigeria (AFMPN), and the Institute of Strategic Management (ISM). He holds the Facility Management Professional (FMP), Registered Facility Manager (RFM), and Management Competency certifications from the professional bodies.

Sunday oversees the company’s facility management operations, driving growth and sustainability strategies. With a strong mechanical engineering background, he brings extensive expertise in facilities maintenance and project management within the real estate sector. He specializes in managing complex operations, optimizing functionality, and enhancing maintenance efficiency, delivering significant value across diverse property portfolios.

 Sunday holds a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kwara State Polytechnic, a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), a master’s in Project Development and Implementation (MPDI) from the University of Ibadan, and has attended various vocational and leadership programs, including those from University of Lagos, Lagos Business School, the British Standards Institute (BSI), and NEBOSH, UK.
